The foundations of Cloud Next lie in the 30 years of hosting experience shared by the four directors across different sectors of the industry. This experience led them to create Cloud Next - a company that would provide more powerful, more reliable, more scalable and more affordable hosting using cloud technology. All hosting products from web and reseller hosting to VPS aim to offer maximum power, maximum support and maximum value.
Over the years our product line has expanded and now includes VPS, domains and an industry unique way of providing web and reseller hosting.
I have been using Cloud Next only for a short period of time (approx 6 months) but in that time I have been more than happy with the service I have received as well as the features and pricing of their services.
Their staff always are quick to reply to any questions and always polite with detailed responses allowing me to get on with the business of running my company.
Their pricing and renewals system is clear and easy to use ensuring if I don't want to continue with a service - and not be billed! - (for example I registered a number of domains but have decided not to continue with a couple) I can simply change this to off ensuring no further payments are taken.

Dreadful reliablity and support. Websites frequently down for a few minutes, hours and even days. Support only say ' engineers are working on it' each time. No additional help given. Completely unacceptable for anything more than a domestic website where frequent downtime isnt a problem. Definitely no good for serious business use. Avoid.
CloudNext promise 24/7 support with a maximum response time of 30 minutes when a support ticket is posted - they don't offer telephone support. In August 2014 we waited 4 hours for a response. In October 2014, we waited 10 hours for an initial response, then up to tow hours for subsequent responses. Eventually a problem that should have been resolved within a couple of hours took 22 hours, during which our website was completely down.
Our website went down sometime before 22.23 on 18 October. We contacted CloudNext then. There was no response from Cloud Next until 08.41 the following morning despite their promised 24/7 support. Through the day, response times were extremely slow and by 17.06 the problem was still not resolved. by 19.30 there was no response from the so-called 24/7 support. Finally, they got in touch 9am the next day.This is appalling and totally unacceptable. Since then, we have made numerous attempts to contact them all of which are completely ignored. To make things worse, they ask review sites to withdraw negative reviews.
