I had been with Bizland for several years, and I mean several. I enjoyed their services and the creativity that creating my website with them allowed. As you know owning a business, you wear several hats and my business is retail. I had suffered a loss in my family and took a short hiatus from my business, but once I returned I found that Bizland had Deleted my website from the internet. I contacted them and they apologized and quickly replaced it. But it wasn't fuctioning. I couldn't conduct any of the administrative changes or functions to my site. I couldn't update or anything else. I must have contacted their offices 3-4 times with the same result until finally one of their representatives told me that I had to rebuild my website. Goodness! I had well over 100 products on there site. I asked her if she knew how long I had been with their company, and she replied, "a long time". Well I cancelled them. She didn't offer me any compensation for my time to have to restore what they removed without any prior approval or any reason. That was back in 2009 or 2010, now in 2012 I just finally wrote them a letter telling them what I think of their service and that they can expect me to share my experiences with others. It has been very hard to find another web hosting site that is as easy to create as theirs was, and allow for such creativity from the builder, but I will never go back to them. Even if they would have offered 3 months with no fees while I rebuilt my site I would have stayed, but to have to rebuild and pay.... nonsense! I'd rather start somewhere else where they will appreciate my business.

We had been with bizland for 8 years and decided to have them create our website costing almost $800. Right after the website was completed we started having a few minor problems happen and bizland fixed it. (4 problems within 6 months). Now on our 7th month of having the website, bizland closed down the website without our approval and explained we needed to do all this technical stuff to restore our website which we have no idea how to do. Bizland also basically told us we might need to pay another $500 a year in order to have better virus protection. When we agreed to have bizland create our website, no one ever told us any additional security would be needed. If our files on the website are truly infected and this isn't some scheme from bizland to get us to pay more money, bizland created it in my opinion by not putting the protection there in the first place when they created the website. Now bizland says we have to rebuild our website ourselves. I have never experienced such poor customer service! I'm complaining to the BBB and would NOT recommend signing up with bizland. You get what you pay for I guess. We are going to be looking for someone else to take over hosting and maintaining our website which is what we should have gone with in the first place.
