I've posted on a few review sites recently because I want to reward a company that does what it says it'll do.
My own company holds customer service as its number one value. We really go out of our way to satisfy our customers' needs. You'd expect us to demand similar commitment web host. Digipark has delivered since we signed on them in March, 08.
Digipark was the second company we tried when it came to building and hosting our site (DP also built our site). In our first experience, every every question or comment to the host met with an arrogant attitude. The words were fine (usually), the tone was not. Not so with Digipark.
Their responses to even silly questions have been polite and sincere. They've even joked with me a bit, which is refreshing, but they've never gone overboard.
I'm pleased with the technical aspects of my hosting relationship--cost, access, up-time, control panels... But customer service is always my biggest factor in assessing a business.
We give our best to our customers--we want the same from our web.
