We have used DotNetPark as our hosting provider for 3 years now for one of our minor websites. Recently, the performance have been very poor. As our traffic has steadily increased the performance have been accordingly worse.

Our site has been down for 3 days now. We cannot recommend this hosting service to any serious business.

Naturally, we are now terminating our account.

The support is worst. These people support only for marketing & sales and not for problems. we hosted to these people two days back and after that email are not yet configured. we are trying to contact them but no response. we sent 100 mails regarding this. but no use. very poor technique support.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with Dotnetpark for the last 2 days - our file suddently reverted to files with dates in 2007 and 2008. Dotnetpark has no phone numbers listed on their site and their customer/technical support is extremely slow and unhelpful. We will move our site as soon as we can.

Over the last seven years of having my car club's DotNetNuke website hosted by DNP, I have become so frustrated by their unfriendly, condescending, rude and generally unhelpful "support", that I've been afraid to upgrade my DNN installation for fear of having to deal with them if I break it. I'm now four versions behind the latest version of DNN (7 currently).

While they do respond fairly fast to my sad attempts to get them to explain things (I'm a novice webmaster), they ALWAYS respond ONLY to the last question in any particular email - and briefly at that - thus I am forced to ask one question at a time, so it still takes forever to resolve anything. They have no patience with anybody they consider beneath their intellect.

Their control panel is antique and only provides the most basic information, with no help utility or even a basic explanation of the tools.

In summary, I'd switch hosting providers in a heartbeat if I had the spare time to become a DotNetNuke expert, or somehow could easily port the site to another more intuitive CMS.
