Hosting Reviews for eNOM

I obtain a business email via Google G suite and enom, not knowing at the time who enom was, as it was a package deal. A few weeks in to the service, I required WordPress.org to be able to upload plugins to my site.

I tried everything, I could, online with G-Suite and ENOM 24/7 support to resolve this ...what I thought was a simply concern, for over a week back and forward.

Finally, I had had enough, and began researching other possible choices, that WordPress.org suggested.

BlueHost was a top consideration, I also entertained the thought of NameHero.

Because I am on a tight budget, and had already invested with G Suite/ENOM, I had to make a more prudent decision.

I decided on SiteGround, for two reasons 1.) Having higher speed performance reviews than BlueHost. 2.) Their 30 day trial, at first.

Each of the three times I contacted SiteGround was very impressed with the speed and professional help I received.

I was especially Impressed with how Yoana D., took the time to listen, and help me resolve my concerns.

And I very thankful to Teodor A., for finalizing all my concerns.

Bottomline, Yoana and Teodor both were able to help me, to resolve my concerns in about two hours total...compared with over a week with G Suite/ENOM frustration and confusion especially about WordPress.com and my request for Wordpress.org.

P.S. I tried to leave reviews after chats with Yoana and Teodor to their Manager, but both times it didn't seem to be accepted.

Really pitiful experience with enom (Tucows / Hover). We opened a ticket on June 11th and they've just now responded a full two months later.

... for a password reset ticket.

Highly recommend you find an alternative registrar.
