When I contacted them, Gigapros tech support was patient and explained what I would receive. No doubt, it was very hard for me to find such a good web host because all providers are claiming they are the best. I paid via paypal, they helped me with everything I needed. Speed connectivity is pretty fast. Very Good Experience.
Well, I have been dealing with Gigapros for a long time..
The server, which my account is setup on, it had one short downtime, which I was told due to the kernel update to close the security hole. After checking though SSH, I see they are being honest about that, and I appreciate their pro-active stance on security on the server.
When shopping for a reseller hosting provider over a year ago, I had one primary consideration – it *must* use SSD hardware. I initially signed up with one web host and was really pleased until I discovered there were certain packages that did not get compiled into their hosting package. I had to start again looking for another suitable host.
Doing some more research, I discovered Giga Pros. They were offering an initial signup discount that was too good to ignore. It was almost by chance that I discovered one of their best selling points – they include a FREE license for WHMCS with their reseller plan. That made the value proposition impossible to resist.

My sites have a reasonable amount of traffic so was impressed that the huge storage and bandwidth as from what I can tell I’m not near having issues with it, again unlike my old host who kept telling me there was too much traffic to the site and I needed VPS, which was untrue. overall very happy - one complaint or suggestion would be that although the online help is extensive I found it a bit hard to navigate through. As others have pointed out in the reviews think the value for money whit Gigapros is very good.
Tech support has no phone!!! Not even their sales team can reach tech' support except by IM and "support tickets." This is cause for delays and unreliable support.
Signed up for their "Red5 hosting." Selected an OS type from their dropdown menu (Ubuntu) then found out that Red5 was NOT preinstalled as promised and couldn't be with this OS. They had to start over and recommended CPanel, which they charge an extra $15.95 / month for (most hosts do not charge for Cpanel). They promised to install it that night but it didn't happen. They then billed me for $0 and then sent another email asking me to pay before they would activate CPanel. Took Another 24 hrs to set up the service. What's up with this company? Something is off...
Site has been down for 24 hours, and technical team has no clue how to restore server. If you are serious about your online business, this is not the host you want to go with. Very unstable hosting env
I am beyond disappointed in this company. First I ordered a server and they had a deal ADVERTISED that if you pay for a quarter adding cpanel was free so I purchased it and paid for quarterly in advance. They made me jump through hoops for my credit card sending in scans and all that then they approved it and said they were setting up the server (but they lied). After waiting a whole day they send me a email saying I have to pay $115 extra to get cpanel WHICH THEY ADVERTISED FOR FREE. We went back and forth and they refused to honor what they advertised then they write and tell me they resold my server. The server that they CHARGED ME FOR and which they were supposedly SETTING UP. So they have been lying to me the whole time, misrepresenting what they are selling then reselling after charging my card and trying to downgrade me to a inferior server seems a lot like FRAUD to me.
This is horrible customer service. They should honor what they advertise and at least provide the server they sold me and CHARGED ME FOR.
And now after making me wait days and AGAIN lying this morning saying they were setting my server up they cancel my account and my invoice is supposed to be refunded. What a total joke!
