I've been with this ThePrimeHost for two years now. Prior to them, I was with two other companies that were just horrible. Their support is very good and I'm now on a server that is very reliable. I did experience a couple of months equipment failures, (so they say), and they got that corrected.
I do want to mention though a couple of things that I consider a little deceiving although this may be common practice in this business. If you look at any performance histories referencing their uptime, they are not indicative of the server you'll be hosting on. TPH shows uptime as 100% all the time, but it shows this to 'unsuspecting', (myself included), shoppers. Even when my sites were down for hours at a time, TPH still shows 100%. Also, when you do contact their support, you get a very fast response but it's some kind of an answering service - not from someone who can actually resolve problems. They respond that someone will get to you as soon as possible.
Don't let these points be a deterrent. I'm still VERY satisfied!
All my hosted sites are down this happened about 140 days ago and it took four days for them to restore from back up. Here we are again with it being down and we are waiting another who knows how many days. It has been over 24 hours now and still everything is down. I will be moving soon. It's a pain to move which is why I haven't done it yet.
After signing up for a reseller account, I waited for 7 HOURS and nothing. I sent an email to billing and waited more than 3 hours and nothing. Bill phone support is doesn't exist. These guys suck.
