I must say that we were pleasantly surprised with WebhostFive's service. Customer support is one of the best we've ever experienced, with less than hour ticket response. Their service is very good and reliable and I did not have high expectations when we started with this company but it turned out to be one of the best service providers we've tried...trust me I when I say we've tried a lot of providers.
Before we mostly have used the services of large and well-known companies, some of them are better some worse, but honestly neither one has not fulfilled our expectations, which generally were not anything special.

I have been attempting to contact this host for a simple enough question and have not heard back for TWO WEEKS. Attempted chat (nearly 1x day), phone (ranges from phone being disconnected to simply ringing on end to the call failing), support tickets (latest was actually sent back to me from Google saying it couldn't be delivered; fun), and Twitter. Also their site has been down for 3 days. At this point I'm clearly leaving and would not recommend this host to anyone in your wildest dreams. Also interested in how other customers may be faring and how anyone might aim to get their domain back since I'm pretty sure this company is going belly up....
